American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel at least 10 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 4-9 days prior to arrival will get a 50% refund.
• Cancellations with 3 or less days prior to arrival will not be refunded and cannot be cancelled.
  

No Show Policy:
No shows will have a one night penalty.

Extra person Policy:
Extra person will have an additional charge; however, we do not have rollaway beds.

Kids Policy:
Up to 2 children under 10 years old free of charge sharing room with parents.

Pets Policy:
No pets are allowed in facilities; however we have an agreement with a nearby veterinary where they offer lodging for your pets.

Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
